Thanks for using PomoTomato. These terms cover your use of our service. By using PomoTomato, you agree to these terms.

1. What PomoTomato Does

PomoTomato is a productivity tool that helps you manage focused work sessions using the Pomodoro Technique. It integrates with Todoist to help you track tasks and time.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for your account and any activity that happens through it. Keep your login credentials secure. If you connect external services like Todoist, you're responsible for managing those integrations.

3. Service Availability

We provide PomoTomato "as is" without guarantees. While we try to keep things running smoothly, we don't promise 100% uptime or error-free operation. This is an early-stage product and we're continuously improving it.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We store your Pomodoro session data and related information to provide the service. You're responsible for backing up anything important. We're not liable for data loss.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All billing and payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe:

• Paddle processes your payment and manages your subscription
• Refund requests are handled according to Paddle's policies
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account
• We may change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service. This includes things like:

• Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Violating others' privacy or rights
• Scraping or abusing API limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

PomoTomato integrates with third-party services like Todoist. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for how those services work or their availability.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to communicate significant changes, but we're not obligated to maintain any specific feature.

9. Liability

PomoTomato is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes lost data, lost productivity, or any other indirect damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using PomoTomato at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
